Brakes have recently entered into a long term arrangement to continue using the Trade Interchange Purchasing Auction Service, following a review of the initial 7 years of service.

Trade Interchange provides Brakes with a very high level of service and is able to react to our needs at short notice. Their in-house software development team use our feedback to regularly upgrade the platform with new features to improve auction effectiveness.

Many auctions have been run at Brakes, over a wide range of product and service categories. As a result of the huge successes enjoyed, our buyers are encouraged to review their auction usage on a regular basis. The team at Trade Interchange help with this process. Auctions and other forms of e-procurement are now established within our purchasing strategy.
