Nuffield Hospitals

We have introduced e-auctions as part of a major project to centralise and standardise sourcing within Nuffield Hospitals.

We have staged a considerable number of auctions in various areas such as amenity paper, swabs, beds, power tools, masks, and pumps. We have achieved substantial savings, typically in excess of 20%.


Trade Interchange spends time understanding our buyer's spend areas, and helps identify contracts for auction. Their people then work closely with the buyer to structure the event correctly and to select the right auction features. Trade Interchange also trains the suppliers in preparation for auction, so there is almost no additional workload for our buyers.
