About the Role

Full-time position working in the Operations Team at Trade Interchange, a Supply Base Management Solution Provider

Location: Teesside Industrial Estate, Stockton on Tees

We take pride in our culture and values, creating an excellent environment for our team to flourish.  Trade Interchange will provide a full training program, building on existing skills, that is designed to develop talented individuals by providing you with the technical expertise, business knowledge, professional skills and ongoing support.

Once the training is completed the candidate will be able to work directly and independently with senior-level contacts at our customer organisations, configuring and supporting their Supply Base Management modules with the full support of the Trade Interchange team.

We are looking for people with a professional attitude who work well as part of a team. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, good planning and organisational skills, and be self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate good attention to detail. Most important of all you are willing to learn and to work hard to contribute to the continuing growth of the business and realise the rewards that this will bring both financially and professionally.

Competencies and Qualifications

  • Experience and strong understanding of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and highly competent IT skills
  • Team-Focused
  • Demonstrable time management and ability to work to deadlines
  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and professional communication
  • 2:2 degree or higher
  • To be considered you must be able to prove eligibility to work in the UK

  • Experience with web-based products
