Trade Interchange Hosts User Groups for ARCUS® Source, Supply and Product Modules 2021

Trade Interchange hosted User Groups for our ARCUS® Source, Supply, and Product families, to demonstrate new features within our modules, and collect feedback regarding new functionality Trade Interchange should develop moving forward.

We had attendees from Morrisons, AAK, and The Restaurant Group, amongst others, offering their feedback on the modules they are currently using.

Our ARCUS® Source family of modules consists of ARCUS® eRFX, ARCUS® eAUC and ARCUS® Strategic Sourcing Management (SSM), our supplier tender, negotiation, and strategic workflow modules, which are dedicated to streamlining and digitising sourcing projects to form one end-to-end solution when used together. On Tuesday, we had our ARCUS® Source User Group, where we reviewed the feedback given at last year’s session, including the ability to upload questions to the software via Microsoft Excel in our supplier tender module, ARCUS® eRFX, and we demonstrated where we had implemented these changes.

Our ARCUS® Supply family consists of ARCUS® Supplier Information Management (SIM), Supplier Contract Management (SCM), and Supplier Performance Management (SPM), which are modules that help you on-board supplier information, streamline contract management and monitor supplier performance. On Wednesday, we had our ARCUS® Supply User Group where we discussed new functionality within this family, including a new integration with the Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards (BRCGS), and email task completion.

Our ARCUS® Product family of modules consists of ARCUS® Product Information Management (PIM) and New Product Development (NPD), which helps professionals collect and monitor important product information, and manage the lifecycles of new projects. On Thursday, we had our ARCUS® Product User Group, which focused on the new cross-section question branching functionality, which allowed users to branch questions during the creation of product information collection questionnaires across multiple sections.

During these User Groups, we also previewed the ARCUS® integration with Power BI, which can be used to visualise data from across the ARCUS® modules and run reports.

After highlighting the new features within our modules, we hosted workshops where our users could discuss any functions they would like to see in ARCUS® moving forward. This involved the Users separating into different breakout rooms with a Trade Interchange professional to discuss any ideas, allowing them the opportunity to give feedback directly. These were placed into a word – cloud, which was then displayed upon the User’s return to the main room, and the most frequent requests were covered in more depth and taken on-board.

If you are interested in learning more about our modules, have a look at our ARCUS® Supplier Management Software video, or contact us at Trade Interchange with your enquiry.
